1. Who may use this app

"akari-sns-poster" is a personal tool operated by a single creator for use with that creator's own accounts. It is not offered to the public. No one else is invited or permitted to use it.

2. What the app does

The app sends the owner's own videos, captions, and comments to the owner's own social media accounts (TikTok and Instagram). For TikTok, videos are sent to the owner's drafts, and the owner decides whether and when to publish them inside TikTok.

3. Compliance

The owner uses the app in accordance with the TikTok Terms of Service, the TikTok Developer Terms, the TikTok Community Guidelines, and the Instagram Terms of Use. Content created with AI is labeled as such when it is published.

4. No warranty

The app is provided as is, without any warranty. Because it is a personal tool, it may change or stop working at any time.
